Free Storage Period: 90 days.

Storage Period of goods:

I. The storage period of orders is 180 days (about 6 months), calculated from the order status of “stored in the warehouse”. The free storage period of items is 90 days. After the free storage period ends, Superbuy will charge you a storage fee of CN￥5 per DI per day. If you have not submitted a parcel delivery order after 150 days, we will send you a reminder. If you still have not submitted a parcel delivery order or offered no feedback after 180 days, the items will be automatically deemed abandoned and processed as overdue (in this case, Superbuy will have ownership of it).

II. The storage period of unusual parcels (i.e. the parcel is signed in first but the order has not been submitted or the logistics information has not been filled in) is 60 days, calculated from the time when such parcels are signed in by the warehouse staff. Because we cannot match the relevant orders with users for this kind of parcel, we will be unable to send a reminder to you. For overdue items, they will be deemed abandoned and Superbuy will have ownership of them by default.
