Inspection rules

Parcel forwarding inspection rules:
1.When signing for the parcel, if the outer packaging is found to be seriously damaged or other goods that do not meet the delivery requirements, the goods will be directly rejected or returned.
2.If your parcel meets the delivery requirements, the warehouse will open all parcels for prohibited items after receiving the goods, and then weigh them for storage.
3.If it is found that your goods do not meet the requirements of transportation and air transportation, we will make a special mark on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return.
4.If you have not found the warehouse’s receipt information within a reasonable domestic delivery time (our warehouse address is in Guangdong, and the general domestic delivery cycle is 3-5 days), please contact your domestic logistics company or website customer service staff to confirm the status of the goods.

Inspection service standards and inspection instructions
1.Under normal circumstances, we only check and combine prohibited items after the forwarding order arrives, and do not provide specific inventory and professional quality inspection services. We will verify the quantity, color, size and other information of the goods and feedback to you in the form of 3 photos + text.
2.If you need to check more product content or need more photos/videos, we will charge an additional labor fee of 10-30 RMB.
3.All products in sealed packages and non-clothing/luggage/shoes products with sealing labels or sealing strips will not be unpacked for inspection. We will only check whether the appearance is damaged and determine whether the delivered products are incorrect based on the information on the product packaging.
