After-sales policy

Confirmed receipt: you have confirmed that you have received the package and indicated that there is no problem with the goods in the package. After you confirm receipt, you will have 7 days to apply for after-sales service.
Unconfirmed receipt:
1.When the package arrives in your city, the logistics company will contact you and agree with you on the delivery time. If the package is returned to the sender because the logistics company cannot contact you many times, you will not participate in after-sales service. Please contact the logistics company yourself and try to let the logistics company deliver your package again;
2.If the package has been shipped for more than 30 days but has not been delivered. We will contact the logistics carrier to inquire about the shipping status of the package and confirm the time of package delivery. If the shipping time of your package has exceeded 45 days and you have not received the goods, we will refund you;
3.If the customs needs to charge taxes for your package, but the customs cannot contact you many times or you refuse to pay the customs freight. We will not compensate you for the resulting returned goods;
Refund method:
We will refund you the money through Paypal or bank transfer or USDT payment.
