How do we pack?
When we receive the goods, if we find that your goods do not meet the packaging requirements for ocean and air transportation, we will inform you and negotiate with you whether you accept Haloobuy to reinstall the transportation requirements for packaging, or Haloobuy can return your goods to the sender and let the sender repack them for you.

How to calculate the freight?
In general, our customer service will provide you with a complete freight table, and you can choose the appropriate channel for shipment based on the weight and volume of the package.

What is the first weight and the additional weight?
The first weight refers to the lowest billing weight. If the package weight is within the first weight range, the fee is calculated according to the price of the first weight. The additional weight refers to the part that exceeds the first weight.

What should I do if the package I submitted exceeds the weight limit?
Each route has a weight limit. If the goods exceed the weight limit, it will prompt that the package cannot be submitted. You need to remove some of the goods and submit them in batches.

What are the restrictions on the delivery of prohibited items, liquids, pastes, food, DVDs, and medicines?
According to customs regulations, tobacco, alcohol, medicine, and prohibited items are not transported. According to air transportation requirements, food, liquids, granules, and pastes need to provide non-dangerous goods identification; it is recommended to avoid sending such goods in batches, mail them in small quantities, and send them together with regular goods (such as clothing and shoes) to reduce the risk of seizure. For example, a single cosmetic item does not exceed 100ml, and a single package does not exceed 200ml. We can try to help you send it. All shipping suggestions are based on previous transportation experience, and we are not responsible for any detention by customs.

What is volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight is mainly reflected in the freight link of logistics. When the volume of an item is too large and the weight is too light, its volume will be converted into weight to charge fees during transportation. The formula for calculating the volumetric weight of most air cargo is:
Cargo volume (length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm)) / 6000 = volumetric weight (kg), that is, 6000 cubic centimeters of cargo is equivalent to 1 kilogram for freight calculation. In other words, 1 cubic meter of cargo will be calculated as 167 kilograms.
