Regarding brand infringement products
a. Products and labels involving associations, organizations, etc., that are registered and authorized must provide an authorization letter; (Intellectual Property Query Website: http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/index.jsp; http://iprs.cbp.gov/index.asp)
b. Products that infringe on design, brands, or contain international cartoon character patterns will not be accepted; (For example, products with Bluetooth, HDMI, lamps marked with CERR, etc.)
c. Products with registered intellectual property at Chinese customs (the registration brand inquiry address at Chinese customs: http://202.127.48.151/applyrecord/).
Product restrictions: This route does not accept the following goods: counterfeit goods, liquids, powders, food, pharmaceuticals, flammable and explosive items, antiques, currency, books, newspapers, stamps, and other items prohibited from export by the country and items banned by airlines; And the following categories of rejected items, if any instances of conflicting goods or failure to declare battery-powered items are discovered, the goods will be confiscated and a fine of RMB 1000 per shipment will be imposed.
Document requirements: The invoice declaration must match the goods; otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any delays, losses, or customs holds that may occur. If the Customs determines that the goods are branded items, or if there are issues related to certifications such as CE, Bluetooth, HDMI, FDA, FCC, Lacey Act, DOT (not limited to the above-mentioned), or if the goods fall under local anti-dumping regulations or do not meet U.S. import requirements, the sender must provide the corresponding authorization or certification report prior to shipment. If such documentation is not provided, resulting in customs holds or even return shipments, all responsibilities and related costs will be borne by the sender.
If the delivery is returned due to the request of the recipient or sender, or if it cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, our company only accepts the return of the shipment to our warehouse and will store the goods for free for 7 days. After 7 days, a fee of RMB 10 per item will be charged weekly, with a minimum charge of RMB 20; any transportation costs incurred during the return process will be charged to the sender. For express shipments that require resending after being returned, the specific costs incurred need to be consulted separately with our customer service.
Compensation standard: In the event of loss or customs hold of goods during transportation, compensation will be RMB 40 per KG (return shipping fee). For items lost after being handed over to UPS, claims should be made to UPS, and the final compensation plan will be based on UPS’s standards (not exceeding 100 USD per shipment). It is specifically stated that the following situations are not eligible for compensation.
1) Our company shall not bear any responsibility for infringement issues and reserves the right to pursue compensation from the sender for any losses incurred by our company as a result.
2) In the event that goods are detained by customs due to reasons such as failure to declare actual value, infringement of intellectual property, or local import prohibitions, this situation is not covered by compensation; our company will only assist the sender in providing customs clearance documents.
3) Compensation claims will not be accepted for issues related to the quality of the goods themselves or specific certification matters.
4) In cases of force majeure such as war or natural disasters that lead to damage or loss of goods, compensation claims will not be accepted.
5) Compensation will not be accepted for overall delays caused by flight delays/customs clearance delays during transportation.
6) Compensation will not be accepted for missing or damaged product quantities.
7) No compensation will be accepted for any damage to fragile items.
Our company does not promise 100% success for all customers’ temporary withholding and address reassignment services, and our company will not be responsible for any compensation if such problems arise.
If the address or fasteners need to be changed after the shipment is delivered to the service provider, additional operating fees will be charged. If the address needs to be changed after UPS pick-up, additional operating fees + address change fees (no bill will be provided) will be charged. You need to consult our customer service separately.
